- Eat healthy food. If all you eat for lunch is ramen and a pop tart, you will not feel good later, I promise.
- Take five minutes during lunch to meditate sort of. Just think about breathing, close your eyes, and reflect on what's happening and how to stay positive.
- Stay caught up in school. This will mean less stress in the long run, and it makes me feel good when I have homework finished. If you need help ask your friends, or me, I like helping people.
Here is my advice for feeling good in school.
